Our marketing approach to this HR Consultancy
We had a three pronged approach to working with Rob and his business:
1. Start with a Marketing Strategy & Plan
The starting point was to do a full marketing strategy and plan for the next 12 months for Raw HR. This included doing market research with their existing client base and with some potential new clients to uncover their point of difference, core message, ideal client profile and content and marketing plan.
2. Website Audit
We also did a full website audit on their existing website and outlined numerous enhancements that would be made to improve user experience, capture email addresses, and become an information hub for clients and potential clients.
3. Marketing Coaching to implement the plan
Then for a full year after we had built the strategy and plan, I did marketing coaching with Rob to ensure that he was actioning and implementing the plan. Providing guidance and tips on business networking, SEO, LinkedIn, email marketing, strategic partner focuses and the breadth of services offered by the business.
