Use of the Weekly Marketing Tip of the Week Newsletter
Our online Weekly Marketing Tip of the Week Newsletter, is an opt in newsletter, where Vivacity Marketing uses a newsletter to create and share marketing tip and advice. The information added to the Weekly Marketing Tip of the week, by site visitors providing their contact information via opt in form on the website, is stored and managed on our service providers’ servers. This information is then used to email each of the subscribers on the list, each week with the Weekly Marketing Tip of the Week newsletter.

How we Share Information we Collect
The information that we collect from subscribing to the Weekly Marketing Top Tip Newsletter, is shared with MailChimp, as we send our weekly newsletter via this service provider. In all cases where we share your information with such agents, we explicitly require the agent to acknowledge and adhere to our privacy and customer data handling policies.
